Cancellation Effective Date
- Cancellations processed before your billing date will stop future charges
- Cancellations processed after billing will stop charges beginning the next billing cycle

Refund of Pre-Paid Subscriptions
If you pre-paid for multiple billing cycles:
- Remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method

Pause Instead of Cancel
Instead of cancelling, you may pause your subscription:
- Pauses can last 1-3 months
- Your next billing charge will resume after the pause period
- No charges will be made while paused
4. Service & Membership Cancellation
Service Cancellations
If you have enrolled in any paid services or memberships, you may cancel at any time.

- Some premium services: May require 7-day notice before next billing cycle

5. Account Cancellation
Account Deletion Request
You may request complete deletion of your account at any time. This is a permanent and irreversible action.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account will be deactivated immediately
- Login credentials will be invalidated
- All saved addresses and payment methods will be deleted
- Your browsing history and account data will be removed
- You will no longer receive marketing emails or notifications
- You will lose access to order history and tracking information
Before Deleting Your Account
Consider the following:
- Download or screenshot important information (order receipts, invoices)
- Cancel any active subscriptions or recurring orders first
- Withdraw any account credits or store credit
- Ensure all pending returns or claims are completed

GDPR Right to Be Forgotten

Account Recovery

6. Digital Product Cancellation
Digital Downloads & Software
Digital products and downloadable software are non-cancellable once purchased and delivered, as per industry standards and consumer protection laws.
Exception: Within 1 Hour of Purchase
If you purchased a digital product in error or wish to cancel within 1 hour of purchase:

- Request digital product refund/cancellation

- Digital products are final sale and non-refundable

7. Cancellation of Digital Goods Subscriptions

Subscriptions for digital goods (unlimited downloads, template access, etc.) can be cancelled anytime.
Cancellation & Access
- Upon cancellation, subscription access ends immediately
- You retain access to previously downloaded items
- Future downloads are blocked

- No refund for partially used periods

8. Cancellation Due to Company Error
If We Made a Mistake
If we processed your order incorrectly, charged you twice, or made an error:
