- Items without original packaging or tags removed

3. Return Process

- Return authorization number
- Original order number
- Your name and contact information
Ship to the address provided in your return authorization.
Step 4: Item Inspection
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item for condition and eligibility within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of inspection.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refund Amount
Full refunds include the product price only. The following are not refunded:

If you need a different size, color, or model, we offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Exchange items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Exchange Process

Chargebacks

Sale & Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Bundle Purchases
Items sold as bundles must be returned together. Partial bundle returns may not be eligible for refunds.
Gift Purchases
For gift purchases, the original receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.
